About the Founder

Louis Guiden Jr., CEO

Louis Guiden is a Certified Gang Specialist and Gang Counselor through The National Gang Crime Research Center in Chicago, Illinois. In 2010, the NGCRC awarded and recognized him for his contribution to gang prevention, intervention, and research.

Master life skills trainer, peer counselor, motivational speaker, life coach, and facilitator, Louis creates engaging training workshops and provides keynote addresses for such organizations as the Washington State Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration, Washington State Mentors, Faith Based Gang Initiative, City of Seattle, OSPI, Seattle Pacific University, University of Washington, King County Juvenile Detention and Renton Youth Source.

Louis Guiden has built a solid reputation for community mobilization, organizational capacity building, and intervention strategies - reaching the growing population of at-risk youth.
